Managing Workers

Worker Management

The Workers section lets you manage your field team. Add employees or contractors, assign them to jobs, and track their performance.

Adding a Worker

Click Add to create a new worker profile. Enter their name, contact information, and login credentials. Each worker receives their own account to access the Worker Portal.

Worker Details

From a worker's profile page you can:

• View their assigned jobs and schedule
• See completed work history
• Edit their contact information
• Manage their account access

Worker Assignments

Workers can be assigned to individual jobs or to recurring routes. When a worker is assigned to a job, it appears in their Worker Portal so they know exactly where to go and what to do.
