The Shifts section allows you to define and manage work schedules for your workers.

Creating Shifts

Set up shifts to define when each worker is available:

• Assign specific days and hours for each worker
• Create different shift patterns (morning, afternoon, full day)
• Handle schedule changes and time-off requests

How Shifts Help

When you have shifts configured, the system can take worker availability into account when assigning jobs. This prevents scheduling conflicts and ensures you always have coverage for your customers.
