Inventory Management

The Inventory section helps you track supplies and equipment used in your operations — bags, gloves, deodorizers, tools, and anything else your business needs.

Adding Items

Click Add to create a new inventory item. Enter the item name, current quantity, unit of measure, and optional notes like supplier information or reorder thresholds.

Tracking Usage

As your team uses supplies, update quantities in the system. This helps you:

• Know when to reorder before running out
• Track costs over time
• Monitor usage patterns across workers

Inventory History

The History tab shows a log of all inventory transactions — additions, removals, and adjustments — so you always have a clear audit trail.
