Contacts

The Contacts section serves as a master list of all contact records in your account. This includes leads, prospects, and other contacts that may not yet be active customers.

How to Use Contacts

• Import Leads: Add potential customers and keep track of them until they convert.
• Contact Details: Click on any contact to view or edit their information.
• Convert to Customer: When a contact becomes a paying customer, you can easily convert them from the contact detail page.
