Customer Management
The Customers section is where you manage your entire customer base. You can add, edit, and organize all customer information in one place.
Adding a Customer
Click the Add button to create a new customer. Fill in the customer's contact details, service address, and any relevant notes such as:
- Name and contact information
- Service address with gate code
- Number of dogs
- Service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, one-time, etc.)
- Special instructions for the crew
Customer Details
Click on any customer to view their full profile. From the detail page you can:
- Edit customer information
- View service history
- See upcoming scheduled jobs
- Manage invoices
- Add notes
Map View
Switch to the Map View to see all your customers plotted on a map. This is helpful for visualizing your service area and planning routes.
