Customer Management

The Customers section is where you manage your entire customer base. You can add, edit, and organize all customer information in one place.

Adding a Customer

Click the Add button to create a new customer. Fill in the customer's contact details, service address, and any relevant notes such as:

  • Name and contact information
  • Service address with gate code
  • Number of dogs
  • Service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, one-time, etc.)
  • Special instructions for the crew

Customer Details

Click on any customer to view their full profile. From the detail page you can:

  • Edit customer information
  • View service history
  • See upcoming scheduled jobs
  • Manage invoices
  • Add notes

Map View

Switch to the Map View to see all your customers plotted on a map. This is helpful for visualizing your service area and planning routes.
