Getting Started with ScooperOne

Welcome to ScooperOne

ScooperOne is an all-in-one platform built for pet waste removal businesses. Whether you're a solo operator or managing a team, this guide will help you get up and running quickly.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up at our website and choose a plan that fits your business. You can start with the Free plan to explore the platform, or jump straight into a Trial to unlock all features for 14 days.

Step 2: Set Up Your Company Profile

Go to Company Profile and fill in your business details — company name, address, phone number, and logo. This information appears on invoices and customer-facing communications.

Step 3: Add Your Customers

Navigate to Customers and start adding your customer base. For each customer, you can enter their address, service frequency, number of dogs, gate codes, and any special instructions.

Step 4: Create Jobs

Once your customers are set up, go to Jobs to create service assignments. You can schedule one-time or recurring jobs and assign them to workers.

Step 5: Add Workers (Optional)

If you have employees or contractors, add them under Workers. Each worker gets their own login to the Worker Portal, where they can view assigned jobs and report completions.
